Most of the boats we look after have owners who are somewhere else — up north for the summer, overseas, or simply busy. This is what that looks like.

Storm-season watch
June through November we watch the tropics. Every managed vessel has a written storm plan; when a storm threatens, it's executed to the letter — with photos before and after.

Snowbird open & close
Leaving for the season: systems shut down properly, dehumidifiers running, covers on. Coming back: boat clean, systems checked, AC cold, tanks topped — ready before you land.

Scheduled check-ups
Weekly or monthly visits on a fixed schedule. Bilges, batteries, lines, shore power, AC — and a photo report to your inbox the same day, so you always know what state your boat is in.

Do you manage yachts for absentee or out-of-state owners?
Yes. Many of our management clients are away from the boat for weeks or months at a time. We run scheduled dock checks, systems runs and maintenance, and send a photo report after every visit.
Do I need to be there?
No. We coordinate marina access, document every visit with photos, and call you before any work beyond the plan you approved.
Do you handle hurricane prep?
Yes. When a named storm threatens, we secure the vessel to the plan you've approved — lines, canvas, loose gear, hatches, shore power, and haul-out if that's your choice — and send photos before and after.
Do you repair marine air conditioning?
Yes — cleaning, service and repair of marine AC systems, self-contained and chilled-water, on vessels kept anywhere in our service area.
How is pricing structured?
Management plans are a monthly rate based on vessel size, where it's kept, how often we visit and what you include — build yours here for an instant estimate. Repairs and projects are quoted before work starts and invoiced with receipts. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
